Awards For Good Boys to Fight Zuck and Elon in Cage Match Also
My body is a cage and my mind holds the key
Good afternoon sweet subs. Remember this song? It still slaps!
Clearly as my google history shows, I’m doing just fine:
If you want to learn more about the cryptic lineage (Ohio poop) here you go. It’s absolutely fascinating and also imagine being a scientific oddity and wonder because you take such noxious doodoos. Iconic! A future newsletter will breakdown why “The Idol” (new show on HBO with the Weeknd) is so deeply unsexy and, if you want it, a review of the new Zelda game.
Today: links for you, a Bird update, archive cartoons and a TMI request for those of you on birth control (I’ll leave comments open or feel free to email me) – what kind are you on and do you like it? I had an IUD for a decade and recently got it out (PLEASE CLAP, I PASSED OUT) and am looking for alternatives before committing to the bit (IUD) again. Blessings…
Shelby vaguely predicts the future, pt. 1000. Please CLAP:
Bird update:
Thank you again to everyone who had bird advice for me. It has, however, failed. There are still no birds. 0/10 birds. I can hear them, they are taunting me, they do not want my new mixture. I will be patient, I will be kind.
In other bird news, my least favorite person in F1 Max Verstappen won the Canadian grand prix with a bird really, deeply, lodged in the brake duct. Bad news for bird(s) and also fans of anyone else winning the championship (me) but, seems on brand. RIP to that bird, it tried to sabotage, but Red Bull also has wings. Right…
Anyways Verstappen can win all he wants, he’ll never have that oomph for me personally. Unlike my man Valtteri Bottas:

Thank you for once again sharing news about Cop City! That was a great article with so much info!
As far as birth control goes, I was on Annovera (ring) for two years and I experienced hardly any side effects and it seriously alleviated the excruciating pain that it was prescribed to treat so I consider it a win all-around. It's definitely a great option if you are bad about taking pills at the same time every day (which I am). I only stopped using it because I had a lapse in insurance coverage.
Re: birth control, I take a low dose combo pill (Junel Fe 1/20). I love it! Years ago, I was on a protesterone only pills and they amplified my mood swings in such a way that I was a sad, angry monster all of the time. The combo pills have helped a lot with my normal PMS symptoms. My period is *way* lighter than it is without birth control. My cramps, which were pretty brutal when not on birth control, are very minimal. And, the intense mood swings that I normally experience during PMS are gone, which has helped my mental health drastically. Plus, the benefit of not worrying about pregnancy! You *do* need to remember to take a pill every day, but it doesn't have to be at the same time. And once you've been on it for a month, if you do forget to take a pill you are still protected against pregnancy if you take it the next day (along with the prescribed pill for the day).
